On January 27, 1870, four women established an organization of support and empowerment in a male-dominated educational landscape. Among the first women admitted to Indiana Asbury University, the founders of Kappa Alpha Theta envisioned a sisterhood that would stretch far beyond Greencastle, Indiana.
The Asbury Reserve series utilizes historical imagery to honor the legacy created on the Asbury campus that late winter afternoon.
We introduce you to “Asbury Reserve.” This proprietary red blend - from our award-winning winemaker Todd Heth - exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry, and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long-lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.
